What's going to happen:

I have decided once again to start up a project on yet another LT1 F-Body. This time I have decided to go all out and keep a reliable, drive anywhere street machine. My original goal with this car was to build it up to around 400 rwhp and break into the low 12's on the street tires by adding a forged 355, cam, headers, and a Vortech supercharger running around 6psi. As I get further into the project, I keep adding more and more to the list of mods using the "While the engine is out, might as well do this" mentality. So now the project has gone from wanting the basic internal mods to get 400+ rwhp...to adding a bigger cam, doing an LT4 conversion with ported heads etc., bumping the boost on the Vortech from 6psi to around 10-12psi, beefing up the tranny, etc. I am now looking at hitting 550+ to 600+rwhp and some mid to low 11's if not a 10 pass somewhere in there. I have met many with these dyno numbers with a similar setup who drive the car everyday. I plan to first run the car Normally Aspirated for a little while to get the tuning and kinks out of it. I am hoping/shooting for a good 400+ rwhp dyno off the motor and a solid mid to low 12 second pass.

Below is the project broken down by stages and what's been done so far. I have also included "future" dates of when things will be done according to my budget. As of 1/29/04..things are put on hold for a couple of weeks after wiping out and doing some damage to my front suspension and wheel and tire. I got a case of dumbass out here in Cali and payed the price for it.
